Fuchsia OS ! the successor of Android?
Android Operating System: We all know very well about the android operating system, we all use it very much in our daily life. Android OS can be used in Mobile, Television, Tablet, and PC. Talking about the mobile OS then, around 80 - 85% of the market share is captured by Android.
Initially the Android OS is made for 'camera' then in 2007 it is adopted by google and made it for mobile devices. The first phone running on android OS is launched by HTC in partnership with google.
What is Fuchsia OS?
The Tech Giant Company 'Google' is currently working on the new OS called Fuchsia OS.
Fuchsia is an open source OS that was announced in August 2016 by google. Unlike the android it won't be a Linux based OS, instead it will use a new Micro kernel called Zircon which is developed by google. Fuchsia OS will use a card-based UI. Fuchsia OS is totally different from Android. Fuchsia's User Interface and apps were written in with Flutter, a Software development kit, which allows a cross platform development abilities for Fuchsia, IOS and Android.
The main question arises here is why google is working on new OS when he has a great and very success OS called Android. Probably the answer is they want to solve the big issue of update and driver API. There are dozens of Mobile Manufacture company and they have hundreds of devices. Giving update support to every device is not possible by the company.Every Mobile company has to make new drivers for their new hardware and giving a update support to every device is pretty much limited. So they want a stable driver for every hardware. Also the Google want to build a universal OS which can be used in all things like mobile, PC, TV, camera, Automobile and many more.

Why a New OS?

When we are going to see this New OS?
The answer is probably in couple of years, Google is working very hard on their new OS and also the Chinese mobile manufacturer 'Huawei' is testing the new Fuchsia OS on their device. So we can see a device running Fuchsia OS soon by the Huawei.

Did the new OS replace Android?
Possibly!! But it totally depends on the strategy of google how they manage with the existing android running devices and how to motivate people to switch on new OS. Also it depends on the public that they want the new platform or they are happy with their android. lets wait for the new OS and see what happens with it? Is it going to be a big success or just crashed.
